Sean Marion

Sean Marion is a lifelong Connecticut resident who has built his career on developing strong, lasting business relationships across the state. Originally from Milford and now living in West Haven, Sean brings decades of experience in client relationship management, business development, and commercial space design and fit-outs—helping clients find the right solutions with confidence.

Known for his “solution-first” mindset, Sean anticipates challenges, identifies needs early, and delivers practical, effective results. His approach aligns seamlessly with PCRS’s mission to protect homes and businesses through cleaning, restoration, and indoor environmental services—the Cleanest, Healthiest, Most Comfortable Homes Possible.

Outside of work, Sean is dedicated to his family and community. He is married to his wife, Irene, and they have a daughter, Madison. He coaches her basketball team, enjoys sports and golf, and values time spent with his family—and their teacup Yorkie, Snooki.
