He is extremely patient, listens carefully and works with customers to find the right solutions. I especially appreciated his ability to explain environmental processes clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Luke, the office manager, is equally patient and helpful. He communicates clearly, takes the time to answer questions and makes sure customers understand each step of the process.
